DIE ZIMMEREI is a rental service 2.0 – in other words, it relies much more heavily on digital solutions than others do. This ranges from the digitalisation of the buildings to a completely online rental process or a practical tenant app.

Quite clearly: because it makes living easier for you! For example, if you want to contact the management, retrieve documents such as your tenancy agreement digitally or report damage. Your Wi-Fi log-in also works via the app. And we’ll be adding even more practical services in the future.

We assure you: your request will always be well looked after. We have many (very real) colleagues for this, but we will also incorporate digital solutions if they make life easier for you and us.

Absolutely secure. The data is stored by us and really nobody has access to it except us.

Can I use the tenant app in several languages?
The tenant app runs in German or English. This depends on which language you have set for your smartphone’s operating system. However, you can also change the language at any time via the settings in your tenant app.

The easiest way to reach us is to call our hotline. We are there for you from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Sure, that’s possible. You can reach our hotline Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. You will find the number on a notice in your ZIMMEREI.

Of course you can also use our hotline or our mailbox. But we promise you: the ZIMMEREI app will make your life and living even easier.

My mobile phone is too old for the tenant app. Do I always have to call the hotline now?
We support all operating systems – on Android from version 6 and on iPhone from iOS 12.

How can I contact you in an emergency – if not via the app or hotline?
There are several emergency numbers. We will inform you of these on a notice board in your ZIMMEREI.
