What happens now?<\/p>\n<p>As soon as a parcel has been deposited for you in the SKS COMFORTbox, you will receive a notification via your tenant app.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/zimmerei.apartments\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Benachrichtigung_engl.png\" alt=\"home app screen\" width=\"170\" height=\"340\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A unique collection PIN is noted in this notification. You will need this to collect the parcel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t worry: this message cannot be accidentally deleted &#8211; it will remain until you have removed your parcel from the parcel station. Safe is safe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Now simply go to the parcel locker, tap the display, select &#8220;Remove parcel&#8221; and enter your collection PIN.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Take out your parcel and then close the door until it clicks shut.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>That was almost too easy, wasn&#8217;t it?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                  <\/div><!-- .accordion-content -->\n\n                <\/li>\n\n              \n                \n                <li class=\"accordion-item\">\n\n                  <h3 class=\"accordion-title t-h4 pt-3 pb-3\"><span class=\"accordion-title--inner\">Parcel shipping<\/span><\/h3>\n\n                  <div class=\"accordion-content\">\n                    <div class=\"t-p2 pb-3\"><p>Would you like to send a parcel or have a return picked up? That&#8217;s also very easy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Go to the SKS COMFORTbox menu in your tenant app, select the &#8220;Send&#8221; tab and choose the compartment size you need.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/zimmerei.apartments\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/versenden_groesse_engl.png\" width=\"170\" height=\"330\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You will then be shown 2 PINs:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A PIN with which you can place your parcel in the system and a PIN for collection by the parcel service.<\/p>\n<p>Now create a shipping label and a collection order* with the respective service provider.
